Due to what was an oversaturation of new golf course facilities developed over the past 30 years, the majority of golf course work undertaken now consists of renovation and restoration. This includes the rebuilding of features such as bunkers, greens and/or tees while also including turf reduction/conversion projects, cart path upgrades and driving range & practice facility improvements.
