Since 1972, Casa Verde Golf has been involved in dozens of new build projects throughout the US (see COMPLETED PROJECTS tab for a full list of all new build projects). We execute all scopes of work required in order to develop a championship golf course facility from the ground up. That consists of performing all facets of work, including but not limited to the following: clearing, earthwork, rough shaping, drainage, irrigation, feature construction, cart path, finish work, seedbed preparation and grassing.
As a result of our diversified experiences, we have participated in the development, construction and operation of facilities in every type of climate and terrain – while addressing a countless combination of site constraints and environmental sensitivities. This collected knowledge distinguishes our abilities and capabilities from our competition, and we relish the opportunities for collaboration that every new endeavor presents.
